Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, high-quality emergency care for patients of all ages
- Assess and triage patients quickly and accurately in a fast-paced ER
- Stabilize acute conditions and administer treatments per protocol
- Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to plan care
- Manage fast track patients efficiently to support throughput
- Document patient care thoroughly and communicate effectively with families
Qualifications
- Current HI license (required)
- Experience in Emergency Nursing
- Comfort caring for patients of all ages (pediatric to geriatric)
- Experience or willingness to work Fast Track area
Knowledge & Skills
- Triage and acute care principles for a 15-bed ER plus 6-bed fast track
- Strong Vitals assessment and clinical decision-making in emergencies
- Effective communication with patients, families, and care teams
- Time management and prioritization in a high-acuity setting
