Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care with clinical excellence
- Assess patient condition, collaborate with the care team, and implement evidence-based interventions
- Administer medications and treatments accurately while documenting care thoroughly
- Educate patients and families about conditions, procedures, and discharge plans
- Coordinate care handoffs and communicate clearly with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safety and continuity
Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania (required)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; ACLS preferred or available soon
- Clinical nursing experience preferred; new grads with strong clinical rotation experience are encouraged to apply
- Ability to pass required background checks and health screenings
- Comfortable working day shift hours and delivering high-quality patient care
Education
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Familiarity with electronic medical records and documentation best practices
- Medication administration and IV therapy competency
- Patient education and discharge planning experience
