Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care to assigned patients
• Assess, monitor, and document patient condition and responses to treatment
• Administer medications and treatments safely and according to policy
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to coordinate patient care
• Educate patients and families about care plans and discharge instructions
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in the electronic record
• Adhere to infection control, safety standards, and facility policies

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania (required)
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification (required)
• ACLS or specialty certifications encouraged where applicable
• Previous RN experience in a similar clinical setting preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently on per-diem shifts and integrate with existing teams

Education

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) — BSN preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Clinical assessment and patient monitoring
• Medication administration and documentation
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems
• Clear, compassionate patient and team communication
• Time management and prioritization in a busy clinical environment
• Basic knowledge of infection control and safety protocols
