Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered physical therapy interventions to help patients regain mobility and independence
• Perform thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver hands-on manual therapy and guided therapeutic exercise with purpose and compassion
• Document progress clearly and timely to support continuity of care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families on home programs and injury prevention strategies

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted Physical Therapist license in New Hampshire (required)
• BLS/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain prior to start)
• Minimum 1 year of clinical PT experience preferred; new grads with strong clinical readiness encouraged to apply
• Comfortable working with adult outpatient and orthopaedic patient populations
• Ability to pass background check and meet facility onboarding requirements

Education

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) preferred; Bachelor's with appropriate clinical training may be considered

Knowledge & Skills

• Skilled in patient assessment, gait training, balance and mobility interventions
• Proficient in manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercise prescription
• Excellent documentation skills and familiarity with electronic medical records
• Strong communication and patient education abilities
• Able to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment
