Shift Type: Night shifts
Hours per Week: 8.5 hrs per shift (3:00 PM - 11:30 PM, 30 min meal break)
Candidate Pay Rate: Competitive pay rate (based on license and experience)

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, resident-centered nursing care that makes a tangible difference every shift
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
- Perform thorough patient assessments and monitor changes in condition
- Document care and observations clearly in the patient record
- Collaborate with CNAs, therapists, physicians, and family members to deliver coordinated care
- Support residents with activities of daily living while promoting dignity and independence
- Follow infection control, safety protocols, and facility policies to keep residents safe
Qualifications
- Active Maryland RN or LPN license required (we welcome both LPN and RN applicants)
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
- Previous experience in long term care or skilled nursing preferred
- Up-to-date immunizations and ability to pass background and health screenings
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
Education
- Graduate of an accredited LPN or RN nursing program; high school diploma or equivalent required
Knowledge & Skills
- Medication administration and documentation
- Resident assessment and care planning
- Familiarity with electronic health records/charting
- Basic wound care and ADL assistance
- Strong time management and prioritization during busy shifts
- Team collaboration and clear communication with families and providers
