Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality bedside care and perform thorough patient assessments
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Document patient status, interventions, and changes clearly in the chart
• Collaborate with the care team to develop and update individualized care plans
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition promptly to the appropriate provider
• Educate patients and families with clear, compassionate communication
• Maintain safety, infection control, and regulatory compliance at all times
• Support a positive team culture by mentoring peers and sharing best practices

Qualifications

• Active LPN or RN license in Maryland required
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
• Previous experience in long-term care or similar clinical setting preferred
• Strong clinical judgement and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable transportation and ability to be on-site for assigned shift

Education

• Completion of an accredited LPN or RN nursing program

Knowledge & Skills

• Skilled in medication administration and basic nursing procedures
• Comfortable with vital signs, wound care, and ADL support
• Proficient with electronic health record documentation
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple patient needs
