Hours per Week: 8.5 hours per shift (includes 30 min meal break)

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing setting
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
- Complete thorough assessments and document changes in patient condition
- Collaborate with nursing team and interdisciplinary staff to coordinate care plans
- Maintain a safe environment and follow infection control and safety protocols
- Support residents with activities of daily living and promote dignity and comfort
- Communicate clearly with families and team members to ensure continuity of care
Qualifications
- Active LPN or RN license in Maryland (required)
- Current BLS/CPR certification (required)
- Previous experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred (1+ year preferred)
- Ability to pass background check and meet facility immunization requirements
- Strong clinical judgment, dependable attendance, and a team-first attitude
Education
- LPN: Diploma or practical nursing program completion and state licensure
- RN: Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or higher and state licensure
Knowledge & Skills
- Medication administration and documentation
- Basic and focused nursing assessments
- Wound care and ADL support
- Effective communication with residents, families, and clinical teams
- Time management and prioritization during busy shifts
