Candidate Pay Rate: $46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Clean, disinfect, and sterilize instruments essential for surgical procedures and patient care
Perform daily biological and sterile supply testing while maintaining accurate logs
Organize and direct instrument needs across the facility to keep operations smooth
Assist with endoscopy procedures and support clinical teams as needed
Stock and order supplies to ensure the unit is always ready
Collaborate with departments to champion patient safety and clear communication
Dive into competencies based on top standards to deliver exceptional SPD practices

Qualifications

CRCST or CER certification required
Bilingual in Spanish is a fantastic plus
Able to thrive in a high-altitude environment at 8,000 feet elevation

Education

CRCST or CER certification

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in SPD practices following AVH, AORN, AAMI, HSPA, and CER standards
Strong organizational skills for managing instruments and supplies
Team player mindset for collaborative and respectful departmental work
Solid communication for inter-departmental coordination
