Contract Type: Per-Diem
Shift Type: SPT shift, 8.5 hours per shift
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of speech, language, and swallowing in pediatric patients
- Create personalized treatment plans tailored to each child's unique needs
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide whole-child care
- Track and document each patient's progress, celebrating every milestone
- Partner with families and caregivers to support communication and feeding goals
- Advocate for patients and make a lasting impact on their quality of life
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Oregon state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Pediatric experience is a plus
- Compassionate, creative, and collaborative
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of pediatric speech and language disorders
- Understanding of feeding/swallowing disorders (dysphagia) is a plus
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Ability to build rapport with children and families
- Team-oriented mindset
