Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of speech, language, and swallowing in pediatric patients
• Create personalized treatment plans tailored to each child's unique needs
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide whole-child care
• Track and document each patient's progress, celebrating every milestone
• Partner with families and caregivers to support communication and feeding goals
• Advocate for patients and make a lasting impact on their quality of life

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current Oregon state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Pediatric experience is a plus
• Compassionate, creative, and collaborative

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of pediatric speech and language disorders
• Understanding of feeding/swallowing disorders (dysphagia) is a plus
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Ability to build rapport with children and families
• Team-oriented mindset
