Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and swallowing evaluations for pediatric outpatients
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to help children achieve communication milestones
• Collaborate with families, physicians, and other care team members to coordinate holistic care
• Provide education and home programs to empower caregivers
• Document evaluations, progress notes, and treatment outcomes accurately
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• Active state licensure (or eligibility) in Oregon as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Prior experience in pediatric outpatient settings is a plus
• A passion for working with children and their families
• Excellent communication and documentation skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong knowledge of pediatric speech, language, and feeding/swallowing disorders
• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) and documentation
• Ability to create engaging, age-appropriate therapy sessions
• Skilled in collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent organization and time management
