Shift Type: Per diem, 12.5-hour shifts (days and start/end times vary based on department needs)
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and swallowing evaluations for pediatric outpatients
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to help children achieve communication milestones
- Collaborate with families, physicians, and other care team members to coordinate holistic care
- Provide education and home programs to empower caregivers
- Document evaluations, progress notes, and treatment outcomes accurately
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active state licensure (or eligibility) in Oregon as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Prior experience in pediatric outpatient settings is a plus
- A passion for working with children and their families
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong knowledge of pediatric speech, language, and feeding/swallowing disorders
- Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) and documentation
- Ability to create engaging, age-appropriate therapy sessions
- Skilled in collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent organization and time management
