Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate care to mental health patients
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create impactful treatment plans
Monitor patient progress and adjust care strategies for optimal outcomes
Advocate for patient needs and promote wellness in a supportive environment
Contribute to a healing atmosphere at a leading mental health facility

Qualifications

Active RN license in good standing
Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
BLS certification required
Experience in mental health or behavioral health preferred

Education

Knowledge & Skills

Strong patient assessment and crisis intervention skills
Excellent communication and empathy
Knowledge of psychiatric medications and therapies
Ability to thrive in dynamic team settings
