Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate care to mental health patients, making a real difference in their lives
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create personalized treatment plans
Monitor patient progress and adjust care strategies for optimal outcomes
Advocate for patients' needs, ensuring their voices are heard
Maintain accurate documentation to support high-quality care delivery

Qualifications

Active RN license in good standing
Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, ideally in mental health
BLS certification (ACLS preferred)
Strong passion for mental health and wellness
