Location: Kearney, Nebraska

End Date: 09-07-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating shifts including 0630-1830 and 1830-0630, every other weekend, and a minimum of 2 holidays within the contract timeframe

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide high-quality patient care in a PCU setting
Titrate drips and manage various medical equipment
Read and interpret tele strips and monitor patient data
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
Participate in unit-specific orientation and ongoing education

Qualifications

Current RN licensure
BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
Competence in Arterial Lines
Experience with drip titration and telemetry interpretation
Strong communication and teamwork skills

Education

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing

Knowledge & Skills

Basic Life Support (BLS)
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS)
Arterial Lines management
Drip titration and titration management
Telemetry interpretation
