Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, specialized nursing care to critically ill pediatric patients
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, identifying changes and responding quickly
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create and adjust care plans
• Support and educate families during challenging times
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient documentation

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Ohio (or compact license)
• BLS certification required
• PALS certification preferred
• Experience in PICU or pediatric critical care is a plus
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
