Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional nursing care on the Medical Surgical Telemetry unit
Monitor patient vitals and telemetry rhythms with precision
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes
Advocate for patients ensuring their needs are met compassionately
Maintain accurate documentation to support seamless care transitions

Qualifications

Active RN license in California
BLS and ACLS certifications
Experience in Med-Surg Telemetry preferred
Strong assessment and critical thinking skills

Education

Knowledge & Skills

Telemetry monitoring and interpretation
IV therapy and medication administration
Patient education and discharge planning
Effective communication in high-pressure environments
