Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to medical-surgical patients
• Assess patient conditions, monitor vital signs, and identify changes in health status
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered, with attention to safety
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals to coordinate care
• Educate patients and families on care plans, medications, and discharge instructions
• Document accurately and maintain thorough patient records

Qualifications

• Active RN license in New Hampshire or a compact state (if applicable)
• Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred)
• Previous med/surg experience is a plus, but new graduates are welcome to apply!
• Ability to work flexible per diem shifts as needed

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfort using electronic health records (EHR)
• Time management and organizational abilities
• Teamwork and a positive, can-do attitude
