Shift Type: Rotating shifts including weekends, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $54 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide high-quality patient care in Labor and Delivery, Postpartum, and Special Care Nursery
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care
Monitor and assess patients' conditions, developing and implementing care plans
Perform various procedures, including labor induction, cervical ripening, and newborn care

Qualifications

Current RN license
1 year of experience in Labor and Delivery or Postpartum
LDRP experience preferred
NRP, ACLS, and BLS certifications required

Education

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical skills in labor and delivery, postpartum, and newborn care
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
