Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating day and night shifts including weekends

Candidate Pay Rate: $54 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate care during vaginal and C-section deliveries
Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for labor, delivery, postpartum, and high-risk antepartum patients
Monitor fetal heart rates using advanced Novii and GE equipment
Coordinate with multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Manage 1:1 or 2:1 ratios in a dynamic 19-bed unit with OR support

Qualifications

Active RN license
1+ years current acute care hospital L&D experience
BLS, ACLS, NRP certifications required
AWHONN or EFM certification
Flexible, friendly, and dependable personality

Education

RN degree from accredited nursing program

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in fetal monitoring with FHR monitors and fetal scalp electrodes
Proficiency in CPN and Meditech EMR systems
Strong L&D procedural skills including high-risk patient management
