Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating shifts including 4 weekend shifts per month

Candidate Pay Rate: $49 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional care to laboring patients and new families
Monitor fetal heart rates and support natural birth preferences
Circulate in OR for safe deliveries and manage high-acuity cases
Provide couplet care in postpartum to promote bonding and breastfeeding
Collaborate with laborist team, midwives, and NNPs for personalized birth experiences
Utilize cutting-edge tools like JADA system and nitrous oxide for patient comfort

Qualifications

Active RN license
2+ years of Labor and Delivery experience
Certifications in ACLS, BLS, NRP, and fetal monitoring
Commitment to high-quality patient-centered care

Education

RN licensure required

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in IUPC, FSE, MgSO4, and postpartum hemorrhage management
Familiarity with Spinning Babies and STABLE techniques
Proficiency in CPN and Meditech documentation systems
Strong teamwork in fast-paced Women's Services environment
