Roles & Responsibilities

• Administer dialysis treatments with precision and care
• Monitor patient vitals and adjust therapy as needed
• Document patient care and treatment plans accurately
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to optimize outcomes
• Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in Virginia
• Dialysis certification or experience preferred
• Minimum 1 year of dialysis or critical care experience
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Patient assessment and monitoring
• Dialysis machine operation and troubleshooting
• Fluid and electrolyte balance management
• Critical thinking and rapid decision making
• Effective communication with patients and staff
