Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate behavioral health care to patients in need
Collaborate with a dedicated mental health team to create positive outcomes
Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans for maximum impact
Provide emotional support and crisis intervention with skill and empathy
Advocate for patients ensuring their voices are heard and needs met

Qualifications

Active RN license in good standing
Experience in behavioral health or mental health nursing preferred
BLS certification
Compassionate demeanor with strong crisis management skills

Education

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN/BSN)

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in psychiatric nursing practices
Crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques
Patient assessment and care planning
Team collaboration in fast-paced mental health environments
