Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Night shifts, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, every other weekend (4 weekend shifts per 4-week schedule)

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $51 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Monitor telemetry for cardiac patients with precision and care
Manage chest tubes and wound vacs to promote healing
Administer critical drips like Heparin and Amiodarone saving lives daily
Perform EKGs and vital assessments making a real difference
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team including hospitalists and PCTs
Conduct bedside and hourly rounding ensuring exceptional patient experience

Qualifications

Active RN license
2+ years of experience
BLS and ACLS certifications required
NIH Stroke Scale certification

Education

RN degree from accredited nursing program

Knowledge & Skills

Strong cardiac knowledge and telemetry expertise
Proficiency with Philips Telemetry and Meditech documentation
Experience with advanced drips including Cardizem, Dobutamine, Dopamine, and Amiodarone
Chest tube and wound vac management
