Contract Type: Per-Diem
Shift Type: Per Diem, 12.5-hour shifts, flexible schedule based on shift availability
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $54 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Assess, evaluate, and treat patients with respiratory and cardiopulmonary conditions
- Administer respiratory therapies, including oxygen, aerosol medications, and mechanical ventilation
- Monitor patient response to treatment and adjust care plans as needed
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and the care team to deliver comprehensive patient care
- Document patient assessments and interventions accurately and in a timely manner
- Provide education and support to patients and families regarding respiratory care
Qualifications
- Active Oregon Respiratory Therapist licensure or eligibility to obtain prior to start
- CRT or RRT credential through the NBRC
- BLS certification required; ACLS or PALS preferred
- Hospital or clinical experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply
- Strong critical thinking and patient assessment skills
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of respiratory care equipment and modalities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with electronic health records
- CPR and BLS certified
