Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate respiratory care to pediatric patients
• Administer breathing treatments, oxygen therapy, and airway management
• Monitor patient responses and collaborate with the care team to adjust care plans
• Document patient assessments and interventions accurately
• Educate patients and families on respiratory care and home management
• Respond quickly and calmly to respiratory emergencies

Qualifications

• Active Respiratory Therapist license in Missouri
• BLS certification required; PALS preferred
• Prior respiratory therapy experience, especially with pediatric patients, is a plus
• New graduates with strong clinical rotations are welcome to apply

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of respiratory therapy equipment and modalities
• Strong patient assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
