Roles & Responsibilities

• Assess, evaluate, and treat patients with respiratory conditions
• Administer respiratory therapy treatments, medications, and oxygen therapy
• Monitor patient responses and adjust care plans as needed
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records
• Educate patients and families on respiratory care and equipment

Qualifications

• Current Respiratory Therapist license in Washington state
• BLS certification required; ACLS/PALS preferred
• Previous experience in respiratory therapy is a plus
• New graduates are encouraged to apply
• Must be compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of respiratory care equipment and techniques
• Strong patient assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced pediatric environment
• Comfort with electronic medical records and documentation
