Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality respiratory care to pediatric patients
• Assess and monitor patients' respiratory status and respond to changes
• Administer respiratory treatments and therapies as ordered
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and the care team to optimize patient outcomes
• Document patient care accurately and maintain equipment readiness
• Educate patients and families on respiratory care plans

Qualifications

• Active Oregon Respiratory Therapist license or ability to obtain one
• CRT or RRT credential required
• BLS certification required; additional certifications a plus
• Previous respiratory therapy experience preferred, but new grads encouraged to apply
• Comfortable working flexible per diem shifts in a fast-paced pediatric environment

• Knowledge of respiratory therapy modalities and equipment
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing patient needs
