Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality respiratory care to patients in need
• Assess and monitor respiratory status and response to treatment
• Administer respiratory treatments and therapies as ordered
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and the care team to optimize patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families on respiratory care plans
• Document patient care accurately and promptly

Qualifications

• Active Respiratory Therapist license in Ohio
• RRT or CRT certification
• Current BLS certification
• Previous respiratory therapy experience, preferably in pediatrics
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of respiratory care equipment and protocols
• Ability to work independently and prioritize patient needs
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach
• Comfortable using electronic health records
