End Date: 09-14-2026

Contract Type: Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour night shifts, 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM, every third weekend and holidays

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide high-quality patient care in a behavioral health setting
Work effectively with a multidisciplinary team to achieve patient goals
Utilize critical thinking skills to prioritize patient needs
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records

Qualifications

Current RN licensure
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Experience working in a behavioral health or psychiatric setting (preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Education

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing

Knowledge & Skills

Psychiatric nursing principles and practices
Patient assessment and evaluation techniques
Medication management and administration
Crisis intervention and de-escalation strategies
