Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, high-quality care to telemetry patients
- Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond promptly to changes
- Collaborate with physicians and care teams to deliver excellent outcomes
- Educate patients and families about their health conditions
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure patient safety
Qualifications
- Active RN license in California
- Telemetry or med-surg nursing experience preferred
- BLS certification required
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
Education
- Associate or Bachelor of Science in Nursing
Knowledge & Skills
- Cardiac monitoring and rhythm interpretation
- Patient assessment and care planning
- Electronic health record documentation
- Effective communication with patients and families
