Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, high-quality care to telemetry patients
Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond promptly to changes
Collaborate with physicians and care teams to deliver excellent outcomes
Educate patients and families about their health conditions
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure patient safety

Qualifications

Active RN license in California
Telemetry or med-surg nursing experience preferred
BLS certification required
Strong assessment and critical thinking skills

Education

Associate or Bachelor of Science in Nursing

Knowledge & Skills

Cardiac monitoring and rhythm interpretation
Patient assessment and care planning
Electronic health record documentation
Effective communication with patients and families
