Roles & Responsibilities
- Monitor cardiac rhythms and vital signs for telemetry patients
- Administer medications and treatments with precision
- Collaborate with physicians to adjust care plans in real time
- Educate patients and families on heart-healthy practices
- Document assessments and interventions accurately
Qualifications
- Active California RN license
- Telemetry or med-surg experience preferred
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Strong assessment and communication skills
Education
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Knowledge & Skills
- Cardiac rhythm interpretation
- Patient assessment and monitoring
- Medication administration
- Electronic health record documentation
