Roles & Responsibilities

• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms for patients on telemetry units
• Administer medications and treatments with precision and care
• Assess patient conditions and collaborate with the healthcare team
• Provide compassionate support to patients and their families
• Document patient progress accurately and efficiently
• Respond to emergencies and changes in patient status quickly

Qualifications

• Active RN license in California or a compact state
• BLS certification (American Heart Association)
• ACLS certification (preferred but not required)
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficiency in telemetry monitoring and EKG interpretation
• Knowledge of cardiac medications and their side effects
• Strong patient assessment and critical thinking abilities
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and float to different units
