Candidate Pay Rate: $46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver expert respiratory care to adult and Level 3 NICU patients, making a real difference every shift
Manage advanced ventilators including PB 840 and Draeger models with confidence
Administer critical treatments like surfactant delivery to support tiny miracles
Collaborate with a dedicated team of 35 staff in a bustling 226-bed facility
Navigate Meditech EMR to ensure seamless patient documentation and care

Qualifications

2+ years of respiratory therapy experience
Must-have adult and Level 3 NICU experience
Active RRT license and current certifications
Team player ready to jump in and help wherever needed

Education

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency with PB 840 and Draeger ventilators
Expertise in surfactant delivery procedures
Comfortable in high-acuity NICU and adult settings
Strong teamwork mindset in variable patient ratio environments
