Candidate Pay Rate: $49 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate, high-quality care to geriatric and swing-bed patients in a supportive acute care setting
Provide expert wound care and manage complex patient needs with confidence
Collaborate with a close-knit team that truly values every member
Document efficiently using Cerner while maintaining excellent patient experience standards
Float only when absolutely necessary, allowing you to focus on your unit

Qualifications

Active RN license in North Carolina or compact license
BLS certification required
ACLS and CPI preferred
Minimum 2 years of experience caring for geriatric or inpatient rehab patients
Strong wound care skills

Knowledge & Skills

Care of geriatric and swing-bed patients
Wound care expertise
Cerner documentation system
Standard med/surg equipment
Excellent communication and concierge-level patient service
