Shift Type: Flexible 12-hour shifts, days and nights available, as needed
Candidate Pay Rate: $66 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, specialized nursing care to critically ill pediatric patients
- Monitor vital signs, assess patient status, and respond quickly to changes
- Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments as ordered
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create and adjust care plans
- Educate and support families during challenging times
- Maintain accurate and thorough patient documentation
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts
- PICU or pediatric critical care experience strongly preferred
- Current BLS and PALS certifications required
- Strong critical thinking and assessment skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge & Skills
- Pediatric assessment and critical care knowledge
- Medication administration and dosage calculation
- Comfort with ventilators, monitors, and other critical care equipment
- Clear communication with patients, families, and colleagues
- Ability to stay calm and focused in high-pressure situations
