Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $66 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide specialized, compassionate nursing care to critically ill pediatric patients
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, responding quickly to any changes
- Collaborate with physicians and the care team to implement individualized care plans
- Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments safely and accurately
- Support and educate families during difficult moments
- Maintain detailed and accurate patient documentation
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts
- PICU or pediatric critical care experience is strongly preferred
- Current BLS and PALS certifications
- Strong critical thinking and quick decision-making skills
- Ability to stay calm and effective in high-pressure situations
Knowledge & Skills
- In-depth knowledge of pediatric critical care protocols
- Skilled in using patient monitoring and assessment equipment
- Understanding of pediatric medication dosing and safety
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing patient needs
