Shift Type: Flexible 12-hour shifts, as needed (per diem)
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $66 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, family-centered care to pediatric ICU patients
- Monitor and assess critically ill children, responding quickly to changes
- Administer medications, treatments, and advanced life support
- Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team on care plans
- Educate and support families through challenging times
- Document patient status and care accurately and timely
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts
- Current PALS certification required
- Previous pediatric or PICU experience preferred
- BSN degree preferred
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
Knowledge & Skills
- Pediatric critical care nursing knowledge
- Comfort with ventilators, monitors, and emergency equipment
- Ability to stay calm and focused in high-pressure situations
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
- Compassionate and empathetic communication style
