Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate post-anesthesia care to pediatric patients
• Monitor vital signs and assess patients during recovery from anesthesia
• Collaborate closely with anesthesia providers and the care team
• Educate families on post-operative care and recovery expectations
• Document patient progress accurately and timely
• Respond quickly to changes in patient condition and escalate as needed
• Ensure a safe, comforting, and developmentally appropriate recovery environment

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Ohio
• BLS certification required
• PALS certification preferred
• Experience in PACU, critical care, or pediatric nursing
• Strong critical thinking and assessment skills
• Ability to work flexible per diem shifts
