Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to med/surg patients
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
• Educate patients and their families on health conditions and discharge instructions
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record

Qualifications

• Current RN license in New Hampshire or compact state
• BLS certification required
• Prior med/surg nursing experience is a plus
• Ability to think critically and respond quickly in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong patient assessment and monitoring skills
• Safe medication administration and IV therapy
• Wound care and post-operative care
• Effective communication and patient education
• Comfortable using electronic health records
• Compassionate, empathetic, and patient-focused attitude
