Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence‑based nursing care to pediatric patients in a fast‑paced med/surg setting
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team
• Educate families about care plans and discharge instructions
• Document care accurately in the EMR
• Respond promptly to emergencies and support critical interventions
• Maintain strict infection control practices
• Assist with procedures and support surgical teams
• Facilitate smooth discharge planning and follow‑up

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in Oregon
• Minimum 0 years of experience (no prior experience required)
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work in a pediatric environment
• Knowledge of med/surg protocols and procedures
• Flexibility to work varied shifts
