Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient‑centered care to pediatric patients in a Med/Surg setting
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and document patient progress accurately
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Educate patients and families on post‑operative care and health maintenance
• Respond promptly to emergencies and provide life‑saving interventions

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse license in the state of Oregon
• Experience in Med/Surg or Pediatrics preferred
• Strong communication and critical‑thinking skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to pick up shifts on short notice

Knowledge & Skills

• Patient assessment and care planning
• Medication administration and IV therapy
• Wound care and post‑operative monitoring
• Pediatric nursing fundamentals
• Electronic Health Record (EHR) proficiency
