Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to pediatric patients in a fast-paced Med/Surg setting
• Administer medications and monitor vital signs with precision
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
• Document care accurately and timely in the EMR
• Educate families on post-discharge care and safety
• Respond swiftly to emergencies and support critical interventions
• Maintain a sterile environment and uphold infection control standards
• Assist with procedures and support discharge planning

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse license in Oregon
• Current RN license with no disciplinary actions
• Experience in Med/Surg or Pediatrics preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work flexible shifts and adapt to changing demands
• Proficiency in EMR systems and documentation
