Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate patient care in a pediatric med/surg setting
• Administer medications and treatments accurately
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop care plans
• Monitor patient progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Document all care activities in a timely manner

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Oregon
• Experience in pediatric med/surg preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities

Knowledge & Skills

• Patient assessment and monitoring
• Medication administration and IV therapy
• Wound care and dressing changes
• Critical thinking and problem solving
• Electronic health record proficiency
