Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate nursing care to pediatric patients in a med/surg setting
• Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapy safely
• Monitor patient progress and document care accurately
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
• Educate patients and families on health management and discharge instructions

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse license in Oregon
• Minimum of 1 year experience in pediatric med/surg
• Current CPR certification
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities

Knowledge & Skills

• Patient assessment and vital sign monitoring
• Medication administration and dosage calculations
• IV therapy and catheter management
• Wound care and dressing changes
• Electronic Health Record (EHR) proficiency
