Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care to pediatric Med/Surg patients
• Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies safely and accurately
• Monitor patient vital signs, assess conditions, and respond to changes promptly
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to develop and update care plans
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment plans, and discharge instructions
• Maintain thorough, timely documentation of patient care and outcomes

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Pennsylvania (or compact license where applicable)
• Experience in Med/Surg nursing required; pediatric experience strongly preferred
• BLS certification required; PALS preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
