Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, family-centered nursing care to pediatric patients on a Med/Surg unit
• Assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans for children with acute and chronic conditions
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments with precision and care
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate comprehensive care
• Educate and support patients and families throughout their healthcare journey
• Document patient status and advocate for the best possible outcomes

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of Ohio
• Current BLS certification
• PALS certification preferred
• Experience in pediatric or med/surg nursing is a plus
• A genuine passion for caring for children and their families

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of pediatric growth, development, and family dynamics
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
