Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate bedside care to pediatric patients
• Administer medications and treatments with precision
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop care plans
• Monitor patient progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Educate families on health maintenance and discharge planning

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Oregon
• Experience in pediatric Med/Surg settings preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities

Knowledge & Skills

• Pediatric nursing fundamentals
• Medication administration and dosage calculations
• Patient assessment and vital sign monitoring
• Wound care and IV therapy
• Documentation and electronic health record proficiency
