Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate bedside care to pediatric patients
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly
• Educate families on health maintenance and disease prevention
• Document patient care accurately and timely

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse license in Oregon
• Experience in Med/Surg pediatrics preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities

Knowledge & Skills

• Pediatric nursing fundamentals
• Med/Surg procedures and protocols
• Patient assessment and monitoring
• Medication administration
• Critical thinking and problem solving
