Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate nursing care to pediatric patients on the Med/Surg unit
• Monitor patient vitals and assess changes in condition
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to create individualized care plans
• Educate patients and families on care and recovery
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Massachusetts
• BLS certification required
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) preferred
• Previous Med/Surg or pediatric nursing experience
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
