Shift Type: Wednesday-Sunday, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM NOC

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $51 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, high-quality care to med-surg patients on a 33-bed unit
Maintain accurate documentation using Meditechs system
Collaborate with charge nurses, techs, and secretaries to deliver excellent patient outcomes
Ensure white boards are kept up-to-date to enhance patient experience
Float to other units as needed while maintaining strong clinical standards

Qualifications

Active RN license
BLS certification
At least 2 years of med-surg experience
Strong foundational knowledge of medical-surgical nursing

Education

Associate or Bachelor of Science in Nursing

Knowledge & Skills

Basic med-surg knowledge
Comfortable with Meditechs documentation
Team-oriented approach to patient care
Flexible with floating and scheduling needs
