Location: Dallas, Texas

Start Date: 09-12-2025

End Date: 12-12-2025

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour night shifts, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, rotating weekends

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver total care to critically ill patients making a real difference
Titrating drips with precision to stabilize lives
Manage vents and BiPAP for patients in need
Perform trach care, dressing changes and turning with compassion
Collaborate with physicians building strong rapport
Handle high-acuity oncology ICU cases with confidence

Qualifications

Active RN license
1+ year of ICU experience
ACLS and BLS certifications required
Compassionate team player who thrives in fast-paced environments

Education

RN degree from accredited nursing program

Knowledge & Skills

Strong ICU background especially vents and drips
Proficiency with CRRT, A-lines, BiPAP and Flow-track
Comfortable with IV pumps and Meditech EMR
Bonus points for transplant experience in kidney, pancreas or liver
